Brian Siemsen is our Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer.
Brian founded the Group in 2000, and today his focus is on the delivery of value generating claims management solutions and services to the global insurance industry.
Brian has successfully overseen the global expansion of Claim Central Group into multiple geographies including Australia, the United States, South Africa, and New Zealand – all the while driving the focus of the business towards technology solutions and data insights that provide continuous claims improvement for our clients. He has been instrumental in securing funding and undertaking key acquisitions to support the growth of the business.
A thought leader in the insurance and insurtech industries, Brian is a regular speaker and panel member at events both in Australia and internationally.
Among other awards, Brian was selected as Ernst & Young’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2012 and was proud to oversee Claim Central Group’s nomination at #7 in AFR’s Most Innovative Companies in Australia in 2020.
Daniel Chan
Chief Financial Officer, Claim Central Group
With over 15 years of experience in FMCG, aviation, insurance, and fintech (insurtech). He has a diverse background, having worked with large public companies (ASX and SIX), start-ups, and high-growth private firms. As a Chartered Accountant, Daniel’s career began in finance and accounting, progressing through senior roles that enhanced his leadership and expertise.
He played a crucial role in transforming Claim Central from a local start-up to a global enterprise. His strategic insights continue to drive the company’s success.
Daniel spearheaded the creation of Claim Central’s Data and Analytics division to drive innovation and growth.
Matt Lawrence
Head of Partnerships, Claim Central Group
Appointed in 2015 as Head of Client Development for Australia and New Zealand, his ascension to his current role in 2019 marked a new chapter of growth for Claim Central.
Since joining us in 2003, Matt has served in multiple roles, including operations, strategy, and client development.
His comprehensive understanding of the claim service landscape, paired with his qualifications such as an Advanced Diploma in Building Studies, Certificate in Building Construction Technology, and a Certificate 3 in Carpentry, make him invaluable to both our clients and our company.
Mary-Ann Noureddine
Client Manager – Australia
With a decade of dedicated experience in the insurance industry, Mary-Ann Noureddine specialises in the Building and Motor sectors, demonstrating exceptional skills in managing client relationships and enhancing satisfaction. Currently pursuing a Diploma of General Insurance with ANZIIF, she has a proven track record in driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, and cross-selling opportunities. At Claim Central Consolidated Pty, Mary-Ann oversees client interactions for property claims across Australia and New Zealand, utilising her expertise to resolve matters, deliver tailored solutions, and maintaining client expectations
Phil Rushton
Head of Assessing & Repair – Australia
Serving as the National Assessing Manager since 2020, Phil Rushton has been an integral figure within the Claim Central team since 2009. With key positions under his belt, including State Operations Manager for SA/NT (2009-2013), Client Manager (2013-2018), and Assessing Manager (2018-2020), he has developed a comprehensive understanding of assessing processes.
Beyond his roles at Claim Central, successful stints as an ANZ category manager and Western States facilities operation manager helped refine his strategic planning and leadership capabilities.
Phil’s Cert IV qualifications in areas such as business and sales management, and his trade qualifications in mechanical services, including HVAC, greatly support his leadership role.
Elizabeth Lawrence
Customer Service Manager – Australia
A key member of Claim Central Property since 2008, Elizabeth brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the company. Starting as a Repair Supervisor, she quickly showcased her versatility by working across various operational teams. Her role evolved into a global support position focused on continuous improvement, where she drove significant enhancements in processes and efficiency. Currently, Elizabeth is leading the Customer Service team, including Restoration Services, demonstrating her commitment to delivering exceptional service and fostering innovation within the organisation.

Operations Manager – New Zealand
Bronwyn Ayres brings a wealth of experience to her role as Operations Manager at Claim Central Property in New Zealand. With an impressive 30-year career in the insurance industry, Bronwyn’s journey began in claims management in South Africa, where she honed her expertise across various field domains.
At Claim Central Property, Bronwyn’s extensive background in operations, customer service, and team engagement positions her as a valuable asset to our team. Her strategic insight and dedication to excellence are underscored by her decades of experience in the insurance sector.
